Diego Oliveira
Born and raised in Fortaleza, Ceará, I started my career at age 13 as a colorist alongside my uncle Zhélio Ferreira, a plastic artist and cartoonist, where he taught me various light and color techniques. Soon after I started working at major local advertising agencies as a catchphrase and propeg, as a finalist art and art director always in love with art and photoshop. I spent 9 years coordinating the advertising design team for a local fashion brand, and serving clients in my home office following creative retouching and concept art. In 2018, I participated in a battle of Wacon at an event in Sao Paulo called Unhide Conference, where I was invited by Flávio Albino to compose the Platinum FMD artist team in Rio de Janeiro, known worldwide for its image and film quality for advertising tracking. Currently, besides composing the platinum team I also work as a freelance artist for clients from abroad such as National Geographi and Netflix.
